Selected Works / Projects

Sound from the Hiders // เสียงจากผู้ซ่อนตัว (2025)

Sound from the Hiders // เสียงจากผู้ซ่อนตัว
The 24th Silpa Bhirasri Creativity Grants Exhibition // Art Centre Silpakorn University, Bangkok, Thailand, 2025

Inspired by the natural instincts of insects and hermit crabs, this interactive installation explores the relationship between human curiosity and personal space. As the audience approaches, the sound and light sculptures instinctively “hide” in silence—challenging us to step back, observe, and truly listen to our surroundings.

The Sound from Distance // เสียงจากระยะ (2022, 2023)

The Sound from Distance // เสียงจากระยะ
Setouchi Triennale 2022 // Honjima Island, Japan, 2022
Panic World (ART for AIR 2) // Chiang Mai, Thailand, 2023

Inspired by the natural instincts of insects and hermit crabs, this interactive installation explores the relationship between human curiosity and personal space. As the audience approaches, the sound and light sculptures instinctively “hide” in silence—challenging us to step back, observe, and truly listen to our surroundingsInspired by childhood memories of chasing fireflies and crickets, this interactive installation explores the concept of distance as a medium. A swarm of robotic insects generates a synchronized symphony of light and sound. However, as the audience steps too close, they fall dark and silent
— a poetic reminder that to truly appreciate beauty and nature, we must first learn to respect its space.

The Dripping Sound from Distance (2023)

The Dripping Sound from Distance// เสียงหยดน้ำจากระยะ
“EGO-NOMIC: LIFE IN A PLASTICOSPHERE” Exhibition // Jing Jai Gallery, Chiang Mai, Thailand, 2023

Inspired by a sacred wellspring on Thailand’s highest mountain, this interactive sculpture explores the delicate balance between humanity and nature. In their natural state, the water jars emit a serene blue light and rhythmic dripping sounds. However, as the audience steps too close, the water turns turbulent, the light flashes red, and the melody shatters into discordant noise—a powerful reflection on how easily human presence can disrupt the natural world.

The Consequences of Our Actions (2022)

The Consequences of Our Actions
“Informative to Transformative” Exhibition // Jing Jai Gallery, Chiang Mai, Thailand, 2022

Every action leaves a permanent mark. In this interactive installation, audience movements trigger sensors that permanently reshape a geometric projection. Each interaction alters the artwork forever, leaving an irreversible visual legacy for future visitors.

Konfak(คนฝาก) : The Forest Fire Detection System (2021)

Konfak(คนฝาก) : The Forest Fire Detection Systems
“Art for Air” Exhibition // Jing Jai Warehouse, Chiang Mai, Thailand, 2021

Merging interactive art with a functional tech prototype, this installation envisions a localized solution for forest fires and air pollution. Operating on an independent radio network without the need for internet or cellular signals, the system detects and transmits fire locations. Through interactive fire simulators in the gallery, the audience is invited to trigger the warning system—inspiring conversations about how simple, homegrown technology can protect our environment.

Biography

I was born in 1981 near Bangkok, where I grew up close to nature and peaceful canals. I later studied Microbiology at Chiang Mai University. During my university years, I also developed a deep interest in music, art, philosophy, and film sound design.

Afterward, I completed a Master’s degree in Media Arts. My wife and I also co-founded a production studio named DDMY STUDIO. Through the studio, I worked on video production, sound design, and technical installations for many contemporary artists. Working closely with them deepened my own passion for contemporary art. To expand my creative capabilities, I started learning coding, electronics, and kinetic design.

Today, I find great joy in creating interactive art installations. I transform my life stories, experiences, and questions into interactive artworks, using technology as a medium to reflect the spiritual side of life.
